Swire Charitable Trust supports Warwickshire Young Carers

We are delighted to announce that we have received a grant of £19,000 from the Swire Charitable Trust.  This funding will support our core costs which are essential in enabling us to provide services for young carers. It will help cover staffing, coordination, monitoring, and organisational infrastructure that underpins one-to-one support, family interventions, life skills workshops, and our countywide Transitions Programme.    

We are so grateful to the Swire Charitable Trust for this funding which helps ensure stability and allows us to sustain the high-quality, tailored support that empowers young carers to manage their responsibilities and thrive.
