Wellbeing hubs in conjunction with Menopause Knowledge CIC

Last week we delivered a successful parent wellbeing hub in conjunction with Menopause Knowledge CIC. Parents from Warwick District came together to meet Aline, a 'Menopause Expert by Experience' to learn more about the pre-, peri- and post-menopause journey. Everything from how to have a conversation with your GP to gain support, exploring a wide range of resources to help with self-research and a safe space to discuss issues and concerns, it was a hugely informative session that parents left feeling better informed to ask for the help they need from the health service. 

 

Upcoming sessions with Menopause Knowledge CIC will be taking place on 26th March in Coleshill for North Warwickshire, 16th April in Rugby, 23rd April in Bedworth and 30th April in Nuneaton. For more information get in touch with Sally by email at family@warwickshireyoungcarers.org.uk
