A Fluttering Good Day at Stratford Butterfly Farm!

Our young carers had a wonderful day out at Stratford-upon-Avon Butterfly Farm during the May half-term holiday.

Surrounded by beautiful butterflies, tropical plants and plenty of fascinating creatures, the young carers enjoyed exploring the farm and seeing the colourful butterflies flying freely around them. There were lots of excited reactions as butterflies swooped overhead, landed nearby and occasionally came a little closer than expected!

The trip gave everyone the chance to enjoy something different, learn more about the natural world and, most importantly, spend time having fun with friends. There was plenty of laughter and chatting throughout the day, as well as a lovely group photo before heading inside.

Activities like this provide young carers with valuable time away from their caring responsibilities, giving them the opportunity to relax, make memories and simply enjoy being young people.
