Young Carers get creative with Pottery Painting!

Our young carers in North Warwickshire enjoyed a wonderfully creative pottery-painting session during the May half-term holiday.

Everyone had the chance to choose their own pottery piece and decorate it using their favourite colours and designs. The young carers showed lots of concentration and imagination as they carefully painted their creations, with every finished piece completely unique.

It was a relaxed and enjoyable activity, giving the group time to chat, laugh and spend time together while trying something creative. There was a lovely atmosphere throughout the session, and everyone is excited to see how their pottery will look once it has been glazed and finished.

Activities like this give young carers valuable time away from their caring responsibilities, helping them to relax, build friendships and enjoy simply being young.

We cannot wait to see the finished masterpieces!
