A brilliant day out at Warwick Castle

Young carers from Warwick enjoyed a fantastic day out at Warwick Castle, thanks to the wonderful KidsOut initiative and the generous support of the Rotary Club of Warwick.

Despite the rather wet weather, everyone had a brilliant time exploring the castle and stepping back into the past. One of the highlights was watching the spectacular birds of prey display, with the magnificent birds soaring overhead and showing off their incredible skills.

The group also enjoyed the action-packed medieval battle, which brought history to life with plenty of excitement, drama and impressive performances.

Trips like this give young carers the opportunity to take a well-earned break from their caring responsibilities, enjoy new experiences and make happy memories with others who understand what life as a young carer can be like.
