A busy evening at our Rugby young carers group

Our young carers in Rugby enjoyed a busy group session on Wednesday, with plenty of activities taking place both indoors and outdoors.

The group got creative making cosy bug hotels, enjoyed games of table tennis and Headbandz, spent time outside in the garden and had lots of fun catching up with friends.

Our football fans did not miss out either! Chris made sure everyone who wanted to watch the England game could follow the action, and he was very happy to join them.

Our groups give young carers a chance to step away from their busy lives, relax, have fun and spend time with other young people who understand their experiences.

It was a brilliant evening filled with creativity, friendship and plenty of team spirit.

Come on England!
