Rugby Young Carers Get Back to Nature at Ryton Pools

Our Rugby Young Carers had a fantastic outdoor adventure with the brilliant rangers at Ryton Pools Country Park.

The group built dens, made s’mores, climbed, swung and spent plenty of time exploring and having fun together. Being active outdoors gave everyone the chance to switch off, enjoy the natural surroundings and leave their worries behind for a while.

This kind of experience offers meaningful respite, while helping Young Carers build confidence, connect with others and create happy memories. Of course, no summer day out would be complete without ice creams all round!

A big thank you to the rangers at Ryton Pools for giving our Young Carers such a special day.
