Today, we are sending lots of luck to all Young Carers receiving their GCSE results.

Reaching this point has taken hard work, commitment and determination. Managing school, revision and exams alongside caring responsibilities is not easy, and we hope every Young Carer takes a moment to feel proud of what they have achieved.

Results day can bring a real mixture of emotions. You may be celebrating, feeling disappointed or simply unsure about what to do next. Whatever your results say, they do not define you, and there is always another route forward.
